“Oh my goodness I have so many favorites when it comes to nutrition planning with Pizarro Fitness!!! By far I think the best is putting on clothes in my closet that were super tight or didn’t fit at all to having them fit comfortably!! I’m wearing anywhere from a 12-16 jeans/shorts depending on design. I still can’t get over how just a few months ago I was struggling with all my clothes being very uncomfortable. Besides wearing all of my clothes lol I’m sleeping better and I’m not as irritable. I love how personal Leslie is with each of her clients. I can say with me just knowing she is literally a text away if I ever need accountability or have a question. Watching my steps and diet has been encouraging for me. It has definitely held me more accountable. Since having you as my personal coach I’ve lost almost 29 pounds in 4 1/2 months and continue to set new goals and accomplish them. “Out of the blue, I began experiencing extreme arthritis in my knees. I went to the Orthopedist, he told me I needed to strengthen my legs in order to prevent having knee surgery. My favorite result besides walking without pain, is how strong I feel overall. We not only work on my legs but my body as a whole. I was working out on my own prior to working out with Leslie, but I was only using zero to 2 pound weights. I am up to using 10 pound weights and looking forward to increasing that. If you are debating working out with the Pizarro’s, I would tell you schedule a consultation and just talk to her. I was so nervous to do certain exercises with my knees. “I knew what to do nutritionally and fitness-wise to lose weight and get stronger and healthier, but left to my own devices I did none of those things. I can now pick up heavy things up and put them down safely, confidently and repeatedly with cool, usable muscles that are getting stronger and more usable every week. I can now use a barbell with big heavy circles on it. Leslie is an absolute delight to work with as she truly listens to my concerns, works with my physical limitations, and is very willing to craft an ongoing fitness plan uniquely suited to me. I wanted to lose weight, get stronger and have much more energetic endurance and stamina. I have a 5 year plan and each year's goal is to improve on the last year.
