We recognize that not everyone will benefit from a one size fits all program. Our fitness guides are designed to be self-paced to fit into your life wherever it may work for you. And our 1:1 services all start with a consultation where we can discuss goals and your current lifestyle to curate the best program for you to help you reach your full-health goal.
1:1 Training
$45/session
1:1 personal training sessions to help you meet your fitness goals. Prior to beginning in-person training, I will assess how you move and we will create a plan together. We will monitor your progress and I will provide guidance and work with you individually to reach your maximum potential.
Remote Training
$175/month
Remote delivered online fitness training through the TrueCoach App, with occasional virtual sessions. You will have the benefit of individualized programming, the ability to move on your own time, and access to 24/7 support as needed. We will meet on a regular basis, to discuss goals and make any necessary adjustments.
Fitness Guides
$75/program
Our programs give you comprehensive workouts to improve strength, endurance, and mobility. Tailored to all different phases of life, pick the program that fits best for your lifestyle. You will find a mix of strength training, cardio, and stretches in each program.
